Athletes will train with access to high-level performance technology and structured coaching, including:
T-Apex (performance technology)
Laser timing gates
Vertical jump mats
Baseline speed testing
Progress tracking
Individualized speed corrections
Football-specific speed and movement coaching
This allows us to measure speed, track progress, and coach from real data instead of guessing.

Elite Saturday morning speed development built to improve acceleration, sprint mechanics, first-step explosiveness, top-end speed, change of direction, and real game-speed transfer before the season.

Summer Speed Lab is designed for serious High School & College athletes, who want to improve speed, acceleration, sprint mechanics, change of direction, and game-speed movement before the season.
Format: Group setting
It’s built for athletes who are serious about getting faster, preparing for football season, and developing the physical tools that can help them stand out on the field and support future college football opportunities.
Summer Speed Lab runs Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM, with each session lasting approximately 90 minutes.

If your athlete misses a Saturday because of camps, travel, or family plans, they’re still covered through missed-session protection. This includes the session breakdown, coaching points, speed work from that week, and optional sprint film feedback from Coach Juice so they can stay connected to the training progression.
Not necessarily, every serious field athlete will get faster and improve their speed ability.
The training focuses on acceleration, sprint mechanics, change of direction, deceleration, power, and game-speed movement, which can help athletes in multiple sports.
That said, the coaching language, drills, testing, and performance goals will be football-focused, so this is best for athletes who want to move faster, compete harder, and prepare for football season.
Training is held every Saturday morning on a private field in St. Petersburg, FL.
Address: 6333 9th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33710
The private field setup gives athletes a controlled training environment where we can test, coach, and develop speed properly.
If weather keeps us off the field, the session will move to an Online Zoom coaching call.
Instead of losing the day, athletes will get coached through speed mechanics, sprint technique, training principles, film review, recruiting education, and live Q&A.
The goal stays the same: help athletes understand how to move better, train smarter, and prepare for the next level, even when we can’t be on the field.
Yes. Athletes will be tested and tracked using laser timing and performance technology commonly used in high-level football environments, including college and pro settings.
This allows us to measure speed, monitor progress, and give athletes real feedback instead of guessing.
For athletes chasing better 40-yard times, stronger film, more playing time, and future college football opportunities, structured speed training matters.
Single-session drop-ins may be released on a week-to-week basis depending on availability and overall group capacity. Priority is given to Full Summer and Phase athletes first.
Speed Profiling (Laser Timing)
10-yard acceleration assessment using laser timing to evaluate first-step explosiveness and early acceleration mechanics.
Vertical Jump Assessment
Measures lower-body power and force production using a vertical jump mat.
Movement & Flexibility Screening
Evaluation of mobility, range of motion, and movement quality to identify restrictions or compensations.Bullet List 5
Power Leak & Force Transfer Assessment
Identifies where power may be lost through the kinetic chain and how efficiently force is transferred during athletic movements.
Athletic Readiness Overview
Review of training history, workload, and readiness to determine appropriate next steps for in-person training.
