EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Who is Touch Money Speed Lab For?

Touch Money Speed Lab is designed for serious high school and college football athletes who want to improve their measurable speed, on-field movement, and overall athletic value.

Athletes must be prepared to train with intent, receive coaching, and compete inside a high-standard environment.

Format: Group setting

Do athletes need to be football players?

Not necessarily, every serious field athlete will get faster and improve their speed ability.

The training focuses on acceleration, sprint mechanics, change of direction, deceleration, power, and game-speed movement, which can help athletes in multiple sports.

That said, the coaching language, drills, testing, and performance goals will be football-focused, so this is best for athletes who want to move faster, compete harder, and prepare for football season.

Where is training held?

Training is held on a private field in St. Petersburg, FL.

Address: 6333 9th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33710

The private field setup gives athletes a controlled training environment where we can test, coach, and develop speed properly.

Can this help with recruiting?

Yes. Athletes will be tested and tracked using laser timing and performance technology commonly used in high-level football environments, including college and pro settings.

This allows us to measure speed, monitor progress, and give athletes real feedback instead of guessing.

For athletes chasing better 40-yard times, stronger film, more playing time, and future college football opportunities, structured speed training matters.

Does this work for Every Position?

Yes. Every football position requires speed—but not the same type of speed.

A defensive back may need greater top-end speed, closing speed, and reactive movement. An offensive lineman may need more first-step explosiveness, short acceleration, power, and change of direction.

Training is adjusted around the demands of the athlete’s position and individual performance profile.
